Liquor found from home of JD(U) leader in Bihar

So far 83 people have died due to drinking alcohol in Chhapra, Bihar. Due to which the Bihar Police is now conducting raids. In this sequence, the leaders of Nitish Kumar’s party JDU have gone into the hands of the Bihar Police. On Tuesday, the police seized English and country liquor from the house of JDU leader Kameshwar Singh. Police Inspector Rakesh Kumar Singh told that the raid was done on the basis of information. The police is in action mode regarding the deaths due to drinking alcohol in Bihar and 121 people have been arrested so far by running a special campaign.

It is said that a house of JDU’s state leader Kameshwar Singh is also in the station road of Madhaura Nagar area. Here liquor has been recovered from the tenant. JDU leaders do not live at their Marhaura residence. Saroj Mahto and his wife live in this house as tenants. After the raid in this incident, the police have taken a woman of the house into custody.

What did the city police station chief say?

In this whole matter, Police Station Inspector Rakesh Kumar Singh told that a secret information was received. On the basis of that this action has been taken. On the basis of information, when the raid was done, tetra pack and two bottles of English liquor were found in the room. Apart from this, country liquor has also been recovered.

Apart from the police, there was also a team of excise department in this raid. Both have jointly raided and recovered liquor from JDU leader Kameshwar Singh’s house in Madhaura. Kameshwar Singh is a resident of Mashrak. The same Mashrak where the maximum number of deaths have taken place due to spurious liquor. He has a house in Marhaura. Kameshwar Singh is a member of the JDU State Council.
