Narottam Mishra: Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently schooled his party leaders and asked them from refraining from making unnecessary remarks on movies. Now, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has reacted to PM Modi's direction, saying that it is important for the party members to follow his lead. For the unversed, the MP Home Minister had last month objected to actor Deepika Padukone’s attire in ‘Besharam Rang’ song in Hindi film “Pathaan" also starring Shah Rukh Khan.

What Narottam Mishra said

When asked about Modi’s remarks and whether his name was mentioned by the PM, Mishra told reporters, “Nobody was named, but his (PM Modi’s) every word, sentence is important for us and that is why all the workers have drawn inspiration from there. Our conduct and behaviour are always filled with his guidance and energy and will continue to be in future."

Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has advised makers of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's upcoming film 'Pathaan' to make certain changes in the film, including in its songs., Narottam Mishra lauded the decision.
