New Delhi: According to disturbing allegations, a guy reportedly strangled his live-in girlfriend over the course of 18 days, chopped up her body into 35 pieces, and dumped the parts in Delhi’s Mehrauli forest. As per the sources, the body pieces were dumped by him every day at 2 am.

On May 18, after an argument with Shraddha, Aftab Ameen Poonawalla allegedly killed her. Then, according to sources, he bought a fridge and cut her body into 35 pieces. He scattered the parts across the Mehrauli forest in numerous places over the course of the next 18 days, they added.

Couple had shifted from Mumbai to Delhi

Shraddha, 26, met Poonawalla while working at a call centre for a large corporation in Mumbai. They began dating and later decided to live in together. Subsequently, they shifted to Delhi. They took a flat near Mehrauli and eventually started living together.

However, things took a wrong turn. Very soon, Shraddha stopped taking calls from her relatives. Eventually, her father, Vikas Madan, came to Delhi on November 8th to see how his daughter was doing. The flat was locked when he arrived. He then later reported this to Mehrauli Police and filed an FIR on the basis of alleged kidnapping.
