Nitish Kumar orders schools, colleges to remain shut till April 11

With the rising number of COVID cases in Bihar, the state government has ordered all schools and colleges to remain shut till April 11.

Nitish Kumar in his brief has said that all kinds of public programs and events have also been banned in the state. Around 50 people will be allowed for funeral services and 100 at the wedding functions with strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has also assured people that there is no threat of COVID-19 in the state and that not to think about the spread of the virus as it will create mental pressure on them.

He also appealed to the eligible people to take the vaccine shot as soon as possible and ensure that the vaccination will be speeded up in the coming days.
