Owaisi case: Center gave Z category security to AIMIM chief

Now the central government has decided to give Z category security to Asaduddin Owaisi. According to sources, the Center has given Z category security to Owaisi, which will have CRPF personnel. This decision of the Center has been taken after the firing on Owaisi’s convoy in UP. AIMIM chief Owaisi’s convoy was fired upon at Hapur toll plaza.

According to information received from sources, Asaduddin Owaisi will get 22 security personnel in Z category security. Who will be with him 24 hours a day. At the same time, there will be a personal security officer and security at his residence as well.

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi said in a special conversation with media after the attack that I have started my political career from 1994, till now I have no security of any kind. It is the responsibility of the government to protect my life. I will never take security in future also. I will leave when my time comes.

At the same time, ADG (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar has told on Friday that an FIR has also been registered against both the accused who attacked Owaisi. Section 307 (attempt to murder) has been imposed in this. The names of Sachin Sharma and Shubham have been registered in the FIR. After 12 o’clock today, both the accused will be presented in Hapur court. Their custody will be sought by the police. UP Police will also hold a press conference today regarding the attack on Owaisi.

On Thursday, Asaduddin Owaisi claimed that when he was returning to Delhi after attending an election program in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, two people opened fire on his car near Chhijarsi toll plaza in Kithor. Later the CCTV footage of the incident also surfaced.
