Petrol, diesel prices on October 5: Check prices in your city here

On Tuesday, petrol and diesel prices rose fresh record highs across the country after rates were raised by 25 paise and 30 paise per litre, respectively.

Check the price of petrol and diesel in your city:

Delhi:
Petrol – ₹102.64 per litre;
Diesel – ₹91.07 per liter

Mumbai:
Petrol – ₹108.43 per litre;
Diesel – ₹98.48 per liter

Bengaluru:
Petrol – ₹106.21 per litre;
Diesel – ₹96.66 per liter

Ranchi:
Petrol – ₹97.33 per litre;
Diesel – ₹96.14 per liter

Ahmedabad:
Petrol – ₹99.42 per litre;
Diesel – ₹99.46 per liter

Bhopal:
Petrol – ₹111.14 per litre;
Diesel – ₹100.05 per liter

Bhubaneswar:
Petrol – ₹103.5 per litre;
Diesel – ₹103.05 per liter

Kolkata:
Petrol – ₹103.36 per litre;
Diesel – ₹94.17 per liter

Chennai:
Petrol – Rs 100.23 per liter;
Diesel – ₹95.59 per liter

Lucknow:
Petrol – Rs 99.72 per liter,
Diesel – Rs 91.49 per liter

Patna:
Petrol – ₹105.54 per litre;
Diesel – ₹97.45 per liter

Chandigarh:
Petrol – ₹98.80 per litre;
Diesel – Rs 90.80 per liter

Petrol price crosses Rs 100 in these states:

Price of petrol has crossed Rs 100 in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Petrol price is highest in Mumbai.

Prices differ from state to state depending on the incidence of local taxes.

The price hike follows international oil prices soaring to near three-year high as global output disruptions forced energy companies to draw more crude oil out of their stockpile.

State-owned Indian Oil Corp (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) resumed daily price revisions on September 24 after international oil prices neared a three-year high. Global benchmark Brent crude is trading above $78 per barrel.
