The Central Government is preparing to release the 20th installment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, a flagship scheme aimed at providing direct income support to small and marginal farmers across India. With lakhs of beneficiaries eagerly awaiting their next payment, the anticipation is high.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 annually in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each, directly credited to their bank accounts. To receive the next installment, farmers must ensure:

e-KYC is completed

Land ownership records are updated

Their bank account is linked to Aadhaar

No errors exist in beneficiary name, IFSC code, or account details

Farmers can check their payment status or beneficiary list on the official PM-Kisan portal.

Expected Timeline

Though an official date has not been declared, the 20th installment is expected to be released in August or early September 2025, in line with previous disbursement patterns. The government is currently verifying beneficiary data to ensure a smooth and error-free transfer of funds.

 e-KYC Reminder
