However, officials have warned that due to minor errors in bank or Aadhaar details, several farmers might face delays or payment failures. Even a small mistake, such as mismatched Aadhaar information, an inactive bank account, or incomplete e-KYC, can block the transfer of funds. Therefore, farmers are advised to update their Aadhaar details, verify their bank account information, and complete e-KYC immediately to avoid missing out on the installment.

The government has already begun the process of verifying beneficiary lists in several states. The Ministry of Agriculture has emphasized that only eligible and verified farmers will receive the next installment. Farmers can check their PM Kisan status on the official website — pmkisan.gov.in — by entering their registration number or Aadhaar details.
Since its launch, the PM Kisan Yojana has benefited over 11 crore farmers across India, ensuring direct income support and contributing to rural economic stability.
