PM Modi To Chair Second National Conference of Chief Secretaries

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the Second National Conference of Chief Secretaries on January 6 and 7 in Delhi. According to the information given by the PM’s office, important discussions will be held on 6 topics including MSME, women empowerment, health and nutrition, skill development in this conference.

Actually, in June 2022 such a conference of Chief Secretaries was held in Dharamshala. In a statement released by the PAO office, it was said that in this conference, representatives of the Central Government, Chief Secretaries and other senior officers of all States/Union Territories will be attended by more than 200 officers. In this conference, the basis will be prepared for achieving inclusive human development, developed India, including development and employment.

The agenda of the conference was decided in more than 150 meetings between domain experts including nodal ministries, NITI Aayog, States/UTs in the last three months.

Special sessions will also be held

Special sessions like Developed India, Reaching the Last Mile, Global Geopolitical Challenges will also be organized. Along with this, special things like Vocal for Local, G-20 will also be discussed.

Strategic talks between India and France today

And today, India and France will hold 36th strategic talks in Delhi. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval will lead the delegation. At the same time, Emmanuel Bonne, Diplomatic Advisor to the President of France, will lead the French delegation.
