PM Modi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate the first Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, which was constructed by Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), on February 14. The temple, the first of its sort in the United Arab Emirates, contributes to the diversified environment of Abu Dhabi by symbolising the cultural diversity of Hinduism.

Architectural Fusion Unveiled

Its building, which combines Middle Eastern and Indian classical styles, was shown in an ANI video. PM will visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for two days, during which he will open the BAPS Mandir. The temple was also cited by Sunjay Sudhir, the Indian envoy to the United Arab Emirates, as a representation of the close cultural, social, and commercial links that exist between India and the Gulf.

Sudhir Explores BAPS Mandir's Cultural and Size Importance

In discussing the temple's significance, Sudhir also mentioned its size and how PM Modi's vision came to pass during his 2015 visit to the UAE. According to Sudhir, the temple, which was constructed with assistance from Indian craftsmen and followers, exhibits cooperation and solidarity in the face of adversities like the COVID-19 pandemic.

BAPS Mandir's Impact Extends to Strengthening Bilateral Relationships

An ANI report claims that during a recent screening, ambassadors from many nations and religions were impressed. In keeping with the strong trade and investment connection between India and the UAE, agreements on national archives and a bilateral investment pact are among the agreements that are anticipated to be inked during the visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relationships.
