Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his 153rd birth anniversary at Rajghat on Sunday (October 2). Bhajan programs were also organized on this occasion. At the same time, before paying tribute to Bapu, PM Modi also tweeted. By tweeting, he described Gandhi Jayanti this time as very special. Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated every year on 2 October as the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, who dedicated his life to India’s struggle for independence.
