What did Imran Masood Said About Priyanka Gandhi?
Congress MP Imran Masood recently said that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra would respond as strongly as her grandmother and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi if she was made the Prime Minister of India.
Masood was replying to the criticism by BJP on Priyanka Gandhi’s remarks on atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh. Masood praised the parliamentary interventions and leadership qualities of Priyanka, saying her responses reflect the legacy of Indira Gandhi.
Masood also took a dig at fellow party colleague Shashi Tharoor by saying that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has no political presence in Kerala and advised Tharoor not to “get disoriented.”

BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawalla said the internal turmoil in Congress is not new.
Poonawalla added Rahul, who is the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, has lost support from the public, party members, and Congress headquarters.
Interestingly, the Congress party has lost 95 elections under Rahul Gandhi till date.
The BJP spokesperson added the recent the suspension of Odisha Congress leader Mohd Moquim over his statement shows Rahul has lost confidence within his party.
