Punjab: High Court seeks sealed report of 6000 crore drugs racket case, decision will come on 18

A sealed report has been called for by the High Court for three years in the drug racket case worth thousands of crores in Punjab. The High Court will take a decision on the opening of this sealed report on the 18th of next month. It is being told that, a division bench of Justice AG Masih and Justice Ashok Kumar Verma has directed the Registrar Judicial of the High Court to present the sealed report in the chamber.

During a hearing in the High Court, Advocate General of Punjab Government APS Deol had demanded to open the SIT investigation report and the separate report of Chattopadhyay. It was said that the said report should be opened so that action can be taken in the matter.
