A major highlight this year is Imperial College London, which has risen to the second position, overtaking prestigious institutions like the University of Cambridge and University of Oxford.

The rankings, which evaluate more than 1,500 institutions worldwide, are based on factors such as academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, research impact, international outlook, and sustainability.

Experts believe that the rise of institutions in Asia highlights the shift in global academic power, where universities are increasingly being recognized for cutting-edge research, international collaborations, and technological advancements.
