“#OperationSindoor is not over yet. Whatever happened was just a trailer. When the right time comes, we will show the full picture to the world,” Rajnath Singh said, addressing a gathering of armed forces and civilians in Bhuj, Gujarat.

His remarks come in the backdrop of recent covert actions attributed to Indian forces along the Line of Control and in hostile territories. Though the Ministry of Defence has not officially detailed the operation, reports suggest it was a high-precision, retaliatory action against terror launchpads and infrastructure used by Pakistan-based groups.

The term "Operation Sindoor", trending on social media, has come to symbolize India’s proactive military stance against cross-border terrorism.

Without naming Pakistan directly, Rajnath Singh said that India’s patience should not be mistaken for weakness, and any provocation or act of terror will be met with a “decisive and unforgettable” response.

“This is a new India — it doesn’t initiate conflict but will not hesitate to respond when provoked. We are committed to safeguarding our national interest and honour,” he added.

Sources in the defence establishment indicated that the next phase of strategic planning is already underway, with security forces on high alert. The message was loud and clear — India will dictate the timing and terms of future engagements, if necessary.
