Russia has started supplying surface-to-air missile system S-400 Triumf to India. This supply is happening as per the plan. Before the Dubai Airshow, Dmitry Shugaev, director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), gave this information to Sputnik.
Shugaev said, ‘The supply of S-400 air defense systems to India has started and is being delivered on time.’ The S-400 is already being used in China and Turkey. Russia and India signed a deal in October 2018 regarding the supply of S-400.

In August, Alexander Mikheev, the head of Russia’s arms exporter Rosoboronexport, told Sputnik that talks were underway with seven countries in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa to supply S-400 air defense systems.
