Shraddha Murder Case: Aftab reveals reason of killing Shraddha Walker

In the Shraddha Walkar murder case, Aftab Poonawalla has confessed to the murder charge against him. In the statement given to the police, he told, 'I was possessive about Shraddha and during the quarrel I used to beat her, for this Shraddha had also complained to the Mumbai Police. Apart from all this, we planned a packing trip to mend our relationship and left for Haridwar on 28-29 March. We reached Parvati Valley after visiting Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Mussoorie, Manali and Chandigarh.
During the tour, we befriended a boy named Badri from Delhi through Bumble App, he invited us to his home.''

There was a fight at Chhatarpur Badri's house as well

Aftab told the police that, 'After traveling for about one and a half months, we reached Badri's house in Chhattarpur, Delhi.He told the police that we stayed there for 8 to 10 days but still there was a fight between us. Because of which Badri got upset and asked us to go back from there. After about two days we left from there. During this time we also had a breakup.

Broker got flat in Chhatarpur

According to the police report, Aftab told that through a broker, he had taken the 1st floor of Rohan Kumar Neel's house on rent and we both started living there together. But during this time we had lost our job and the remaining money was spent on the trip. So because of this we started fighting again. During this Shraddha got my ticket done and asked me to go to my rented house in Vasai to bring the goods and arrange some money. But I gave the excuse of being unwell.

When asked for money, Shraddha started abusing

Aftab told that when I refused to go to Vasai, she became very angry and started shouting at me. According to him, 'Shraddha said that we do not have anything here except two bags. And eating from outside everyday is not good for health. On this I asked her for half the money for the expenses, then she got angry with me and started abusing loudly. I was fed up with his abusing habit and that day I decided to remove her from my life."

Less than 20 pieces of Shraddha Walkar's body have been recovered. The head is yet to be recovered.
