Student fill potholes

Students in Bindur taluk of Karnataka's Udupi district fill potholes in their area on the occasion of Children's Day celebrations on November 14.

To end their struggle of commuting on the potholed roads, the students organized themselves to fill the potholes. Both school and college students use this road daily.

Requested administration earlier but no one listened

Despite several requests to the local administration regarding the condition of roads and potholed roads, no action was taken by the authorities.

As a result, the students were forced to take action on their own to rectify the problems faced by them. Therefore, on the occasion of Children's Day, the students gathered and filled the pit themselves.
