The Allahabad High Court has granted interim protection to Amazon Content Head Aparna Purohit and reserved her Anticipatory Bail Plea.
The Bench led by Justice Siddharth pronounced this order after hearing the arguments from both sides in the Anticipatory Bail Plea filed by Purohit.
The bench head also said that no coercive action should be taken against the Content head till the order is pronounced.
FIR against content head was lodged on January 19 after the complaint of Balbir Azad of Greater Noida.
In the complaint, it was alleged that the series has deliberately hurt Hindu gods and goddesses.
