Next hearing on February 23

The Delhi Police on December 1 moved against the Congress leader and approached the High Court challenging the trial court’s order. The High Court issued notice to Tharoor on Thursday and fixed the matter for February 7, 2023.

Sunanda Pushkar was found dead in her hotel room in 2014 under mysterious circumstances, and her death was earlier called a suicide.

As Tharoor’s official bungalow was being renovated, the couple were staying in the hotel.
