Thousands of farmers and tribals marching from northern Maharashtra's Nashik district to Mumbai in support of their demands entered Thane district on Wednesday, while two ministers from the state government came to hold talks with about 200 farmers' representatives. Regarding this, two ministers of Maharashtra, Dada Bhuse and Atul Save, also met the representatives of the farmers.
According to the news agency ANI, he said that 14 issues were discussed with the farmers' representatives and the discussion on 5 demands was positive. This will be discussed in detail. Apart from this, a request was also made to meet the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister. Tomorrow on March 16, these people will meet in Mantralaya. At the same time, if no concrete decision is taken in the meeting, then the march will continue and will reach the assembly on foot.
CM Shinde had appointed two ministers
As soon as this long march reached Thane district on the outskirts of Mumbai city, the government sent Dada Bhuse and Atul Save to talk to these people. Thane district is also the political constituency of CM Eknath Shinde. The protesters started the march carrying red flags from Dindori town in Nashik district, about 200 km from Mumbai, on Sunday.

According to news agency PTI, the farmers and tribals are marching towards the assembly in Mumbai city with demands like immediate financial relief of Rs 600 per quintal to onion growers, 12-hour non-stop power supply to farmers and farm loan waiver. This march was organized by CPI.
