Terrorists who killed two laborers in Jammu and Kashmir were killed by security forces in an encounter in Shopian district on Wednesday. It is being considered a big success of the security forces. This is being considered a strong response to the conspiracy of terrorists to target civilians. IG Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that one terrorist killed in Shopian encounter has been identified as Adil Ah Wani, who was active in the area since July 2020. He was involved in the murder of a non-Kashmiri poor laborer in the Litter area of Pulwama. So far, 15 terrorists have been killed in two weeks.
An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday morning. Two were surrounded in heavy exchange of fire between terrorists and security personnel in Dragad area of Jainpora, Shopian. This operation was started after the news of two terrorists hiding in this area.

Army, police and CRPF personnel were also involved in this encounter. In fact, the security personnel in the valley are continuously running an operation to eliminate the terrorists. There have been several incidents of killings of Hindus and Sikhs in the valley in October. Terrorists are constantly trying to spread terror by targeting non-Kashmiris.
But the police and security personnel have indicated that this will not slow down the operation to eliminate the terrorists. On the other hand, search operation for terrorists is also going on in Poonch sector. So far 9 people have been martyred in the encounter with terrorists in Poonch sector.
