A wedding video featuring Sonam and the late Raja Raghuwanshi has gone viral online. This new clip shows Raja putting a mangalsutra around Sonam’s neck during the ceremony, but what caught everyone’s attention was Sonam’s visibly angry face at that very moment.
In the short video, Sonam is dressed as a bride but seems visibly upset. Her frown stole the spotlight and left social media users buzzing. Some called the clip edited or fake, while others believed her expression said a lot.
One user said, “Aisa dakh rhi ha jasa kha jayegi or kha bhi gyi.” Another wrote, “Right gusse mein lag Rahi Hai.”
There were also the laims of video being fake and edited. One user wrote, “Fake video,” Another said, “This is edited.” A third user simple wrote, “Ai.”
One troll commented, “Iska irada tha ni shaadi karne ke liye.”

This viral moment comes in the middle of a chilling murder investigation. Raja and Sonam got married on May 11 and travelled to Meghalaya for their honeymoon on May 20. But things took a dark turn on May 23, when the couple went missing after checking out of a homestay in Nongriat village.
Ten days later, Raja Raghuwanshi’s body was found in a deep gorge near Weisawdong Falls. The police later revealed that Sonam had allegedly plotted his murder. Reports say she was in contact with a suspected boyfriend and hired three men to carry out the killing.
After disappearing for days, Sonam surrendered to the police in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, on June 9. A source told NDTV that the weapon used (a machete) was bought near Guwahati’s railway station. Vishal Chauhan (one of the accused) reportedly attacked Raja first, stabbing him multiple times while he tried to escape.
As more details come out, the wedding video is being dissected frame by frame by curious viewers. Some believe Sonam’s expression was an early red flag, while others argue it's being over-analysed.
Police have arrested five people so far, including the key suspects behind the plot. The investigation is ongoing, and many questions still remain unanswered.
