Weather Update: As per the IMD's latest bulletin, the heavy rainfall which took place across nation yesterday, will continue today as well. An orange alert has also been issued for Uttarakhand & Himachal. Isolated areas across Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, East Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh could experience heavy to very heavy rainfall.
Certain regions in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu-Kashmir are likely to witness heavy rainfall. Widespread rain along with isolated thunderstorms are anticipated over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, East Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Konkan, and Goa.
Delhi
As per the latest weather update, Delhi is forecast to remain mostly cloudy throughout the day. Light showers are predicted for the region. IMD has also projected relief from tomorrow onwards. For today, the maximum temperature will be 35 degrees while the minimum will be 27 degrees with humidity at 61%.
Mumbai
Mumbai and its suburbs are predicted to be drenched by light showers the entire day. No change in weather conditions is projected for the upcoming days. For today, the maximum temperature will be 29 degrees while the minimum will be 27 degrees with humidity at 90%.
Chennai
IMD has forecast a pleasant day for Chennai. The sky will remain partly cloudy, with the weather getting intense in the evening with light showers. For today, the maximum temperature will be 35 degrees while the minimum will be 28 degrees with humidity at 79%.
Kolkata
No relief is forecast for Kolkata. The rains along with scattered thunderstorms will continue to drench the city entire day. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees while the minimum will be 27 degrees with humidity at 91%.
