Weather Update: Heavy Rain in Chennai and Kolkata, Check Conditions in Delhi, Lucknow and Patna

Weather Update: The IMD prediction states that Hyderabad will see mostly cloudy skies with rain or thundershowers. Towards the evening and night, there may be strong gusts of wind. The scorching heat will cause the northern regions to collapse, but in the upcoming days, the southern states could expect significant rainfall, according to the IMD. Cities like Chennai and Kolkata may see rainfall today. The IMD predicted that a number of locations in Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana would likely experience heat wave conditions on May 19.

IMD predicts that there will likely be isolated locations of rainfall with extremely heavy falls over Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The same is predicted for the selected parts of Karnataka, Assam, West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya. Many areas of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh(Lucknow), Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar( including Patna), Jharkhand, and Gujarat state are expected to experience heat wave to severe heat wave conditions today.
