Weather Update: As the winter season appears to be fading away across the northern regions of India, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted a surge in temperatures in numerous central and northwestern states of India over the next few days.
In its latest weather update, the IMD projected an anticipated 2-3 degrees Celsius increase in the minimum temperature of various Indian states in the coming days, particularly in the new week. The prediction suggests that the winter spell is largely over in most of the states for the present time.
Delhi
The national capital has been predicted to remain mildly cloudy in the early hours, however, the forecast also predicts the day to be majorly clear and bright. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees and minimum will be 17 degrees.
Mumbai
The city and its suburbs is predicted to remain clear, as per the latest weather update. Though, the temperature will continue to remain higher the complete week. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 34 degrees and the minimum will be 23 degrees.
Chennai
Chennai will remain partially cloudy during the evening hours. However, the day will mostly remain clear and the same trend will continue for a few more days. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees and minimum will be 23 degrees.
Kolkata
Some mild to moderate clouds are predicted to remain over Kolkata for today. Altough, the temperature will continue to remain pleasant and the same is predicted for upcoming days. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 33 degrees while the minimum will be 23 degrees.
