Weather Update: Delhi to Remain Wet; Check What's in Store in Mumbai, Patna and Lucknow

Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a severe rainfall warning for various southern and northern states in India. The IMD also predicts widespread light to moderate rainfall, along with thundershowers and lightning, most likely over West and Central India. In various parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, including Patna and Lucknow, the Met Department predicts mild to moderate rainfall along with thundershowers and lightning. Many low-lying parts of Mumbai, including Gandhi Market, Dadar, Hindmata, Parel, Andheri Subway, and Sion, are submerged in water after the city experienced heavy rains. Mumbai is expected to get moderate to heavy rain today, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

According to the IMD, there will be likely isolated areas of heavy to very heavy rainfall with exceptionally heavy precipitation in some parts of Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. The India Meteorological Department predicts that there will be likely heavy to extremely heavy rains in various areas of Kerala. In isolated locations across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karnataka, the IMD forecasts severe rainfall.

Weather Update: Temperature of some major cities

In Delhi, mild to moderate rain is expected under a typically cloudy sky, according to the weather bureau. In Delhi, the highest temperature will probably reach about 36 degrees Celsius. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning forecast for Kerala in a recent weather update. The state will see moderate to heavy rainfall over the next five days, along with thunderstorms and lightning, according to IMD.
