Weather Update: Strong northeasterly winds are expected to bring about a new period of light to moderate rainfall over coastal Tamil Nadu between December 30, 2023, and January 1, 2024. Northwest India is expected to be hit by a new Western Disturbance on December 29. It is predicted to interact with lower level easterly winds to produce a wet spell over the Northwest and adjacent Central India on December 30, 2024, to January 2, 2024.
