Weather Update: As per the latest update, heavy rain is expected to affect several regions in India. Widespread rains with thunderstorms are forecast over West Bengal, Sikkim, Rayalaseema, South Interior Karnataka, Kerala, and Mahe. Additionally, there are predictions of fairly widespread rains with thunderstorms over Odisha, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidharbha, Chhattisgarh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, North Interior Karnataka, and Lakshadweep. Moreover, scattered rains with thunderstorms have been predicted over Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, and Coastal Karnataka. Residents in these areas should stay updated on weather conditions and follow any advisories or warnings issued by local authorities to ensure their safety.
Delhi
The national capital, Delhi will experience moderate to heavy rains throughout the day along with scattered thunderstorms. This trend in weather is likely to continue for three-four days more. For today, the maximum temperature will be 29 degrees and the minimum will be 21 degrees.
Mumbai
Sunny conditions are likely in the city and its suburbs with some clouds taking over during the morning. Humidity will be at 64% while no change is anticipated in weather trends. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees and the minimum will be 27 degrees.
Chennai
IMD has projected scattered thunderstorms and heavy rains throughout the day. This weather trend will continue in the region for at least a week more, so natives shouldn’t eye any relief for now. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 32 degrees and the minimum will be 27 degrees.
Kolkata
As per the latest forecast, Kolkata is predicted to remain mostly cloudy today. Rains are also likely to lash in patches. For today, the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees while the minimum will be 26 degrees.
