Weather Update: There is a high probability of isolated areas of heavy rainfall in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, Kerala & Mahe. Strong winds, between 30 and 40 kmph, and lightning are predicted to occur in isolated locations across Kerala and Mahe, as well as in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal. Dense fog is probably present across Assam, Meghalaya, and Manipur in sporadic patches.

Delhi pollution is getting worse

The air quality in Delhi and its outskirts deteriorated overnight, erasing a minor improvement seen the day before. According to forecasts, a significant alleviation is unlikely in the next days. The city's AQI fell to 338 from 301 the day before, a decrease of 3%. Similarly, neighbouring places such as Ghaziabad has 306, Gurugram has 239, Greater Noida has 288, Noida has 308, and Faridabad has 320 saw a drop in air quality.
