Weather Update: IMD predicts heavy rainfall in THESE states; Know latest forecast for Delhi-Mumbai here

Weather Update: Many states, including Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi, have begun to experience an increase in cold as a result of the cold winds coming from the mountainous regions. In these areas, a drop in temperature has been observed. Mist and fog have also begun to increase people's problems in addition to this.

In various parts of South India, rainfall is lashing many cities presently. According to the India Meteorological Department's (IMD) rain has been forecast in various South Indian regions. In the country's plains, there is a possibility that the cold will intensify.

Delhi

As per the IMD, the national capital is likely to have hazy environment for today. However, one or two places could also be covered with partial cloudness. The maximum temperature for today will be 27 degrees while the minimum will be 07.8 degrees.

Mumbai

The city and its suburbs are predicted to have moderate clouds throughout the day. Although, the chances of rain are minimal. Today's maximum temperature will be 34 degrees while the minimum will be 21 degrees.

Chennai

The weather in Chennai is expected to be foggy while moderate and scatterred rains is predicted on the weekend. However, for today, partially cloud-ness will continue to impact the city. For today, the maximum temperature will be 30 degrees while the minimum will be 24 degrees.

Kolkata

Kolkata will experience mist kind of weather along with a shiny and bright day towards the end. The maximum temperature for today will be 29 degrees while the minimum is likely to be 17 degrees.

Goa, Konkan, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, North and South Interior Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe are likely to be hit by isolated rains along with thunderstorms. Meanwhile, as per the latest weather update, widespread rains and thunderstorms will lash andaman and nicobar island today.
