Weather Update: There hasn't been much of a shift in the maximum temperature as a result of the weather becoming entirely dry in parts of North India, but the minimum temperature has begun to drop. The plains may experience a rise in cold during the next three days, according to the Meteorological Department's most recent forecast.
Seasonal rains are still occurring in many parts of southern India at the same time. The mountains are still receiving some light snowfall, which is contributing to the slight drop in temperature in the plain states. IMD reports that in the morning, Delhi and areas around it experience a combination of fog and pollution.

Delhi
As per the latest weather update, the national capital region will be experiencing hazy days. The pollution level is expected to get a dip. However, there are no chances of rain for atleast a few days more. The maximum temperature will be 29 degrees while the minimum will be 17 degrees.
Mumbai
The city and its suburbs are likely to experience shiny and bright days. The city is not experiencing any shift in weather pattern. IMD predicts that there will be no rain for a few days. The maximum temperature will be 33 degrees, while the minimum will be 24 degrees.
Chennai
The city will experience foggy weather in the morning. Moderate rainfalls are likely to continue for the rest of the day, however, the city will get a relief from tomorrow onwards as no showers are predicted for a few days, beginning tomorrow. The maximum temperature will be 29 degrees and minimum will be 25 degrees.

Which state will receive rainfall today?
Rain has been falling steadily since last week in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Even today, Monday, November 14, 2022, severe rains have been predicted by the meteorological department for various areas in these states. The decision to keep the school closed today was made in light of the alert that IMD has issued.
Fairly widespread rains with thunderstorms will continue to lash Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Kerala today. Andaman and Nicobar islands are likely to get impacted as well. Also, isolated rains with thunderstorms are likely to hit Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Haryana, Chandigarh, West Rajasthan, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and North Interior Karnataka.
