Weather Update: Rain and Thundershower in Ranchi, Patna & Kolkata, Check Condition in Delhi, Lucknow and Dehradun

Weather Update: There is a likelihood of thunderstorms, the IMD's forecast relieves locals as it indicates a decrease in the intensity of rainfall. In its forecast, the Indian Meteorological Department said that scorching conditions would likely move throughout the south India. It is supposed to have cyclonic circulations across regions of Assam and Madhya Pradesh. Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh may all see rainfall in few areas due to the aforementioned effect. In Delhi, the highest recorded temperature was 40.7°C , yesterday . However the partially cloudy skies are expected, and Delhi may see thunderstorm, according to the weather department. There is a probability of thundershowers in Ranchi , Patna and Kolkata.

IMD forecasts that there is a very good chance of heavy rainfall in parts of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha and Puducherry. It is quite probable that selected regions of Gujarat, Kerala will have hot weather conditions. However Rajasthan is expected to experience heatwave to severe heatwave conditions. The same is predicted for few regions of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh to experience heatwave conditions. Lightning and strong winds are likely to occur in isolated locations over Uttarakhand (including Dehradun) and Madhya Pradesh. In isolated locations over regions of West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, there may also be lightning and gusts of up to 70 mph.
