Weather Update: In the nation's capital, the IMD issued a "yellow" advisory, indicating the possibility of thunderstorms and dust storms along with light rainfall. For the next three days, there is a good chance of rain in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The IMD reports that yesterday's high of 44 degrees Celsius in Delhi was lowered by the rain. IMD forecasts that there will likely be isolated areas of heavy rainfall in certain areas of West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya, Goa, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Karnataka. Certain regions of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand are expected to experience heat waves. West Bengal, Bihar, and Odisha are expected to see hot weather conditions. Along and off the shores of Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, and Tamil Nadu, squally weather with a wind speed of likely 35 to 45 kmph.
