Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the west Himalayan Region can expect rainfall or snowfall in the coming days, specifically from February 18 to 21. This is predicted to be light to moderate in intensity. Meanwhile, the rest of the country is not expected to experience any significant weather during the next five days. Another Western Disturbance is also expected to affect the Himalayan Region starting on February 18.

The IMD also reports that minimum temperatures are likely to rise gradually by two to three degree Celsius over most parts of northwest and central India over the next five days. On February 18 and 21, Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, and Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad can expect light, isolated rainfall or snowfall due to this weather phenomenon.

Delhi

The national capital is predicted to remain clear and sunny today. However, the weather forecast predicts partially cloudy skies for the upcoming week. For today, the maximum temperature will be 29 degrees and minimum will be 14 degrees.

Mumbai

The sky will mostly remain clear for today in city and its suburbs. Moreover, the temperature will also continue with its rising trend. For today, the maximum temperature will be 36 degrees and the minimum will be 24 degrees.

Chennai

As per the latest update, Chennai is predicted to remain sunny as well. The sky will mostly remain and clear for the majority of the day. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 31 degrees and the minimum will be 24 degrees.

Kolkata

Kolkata is predicted to remain partly cloudy today. Though, most of the regions are predicted to be covered with moderately cloudy sky today. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 31 degrees and minimum will be 22 degrees.
