Weather Update: Smoky days continue in Delhi-NCR; Heavy rainfall alert issued for THESE states by IMD

Weather Update: In several parts of North India, the temperature has started to drop. Morning fog is beginning to appear in a lot of places. In the morning, Delhi will have fog, according to the meteorological department. The states of South India could also see rain in addition to this.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) projected on Friday, November 4 that the continuous heavy rains in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry are likely to last for the next three days. States in southern India are currently experiencing extremely heavy rainfall.

The Western Himalayan Region and the nearby lowlands are extremely likely to experience a new Western Disturbance beginning on November 4, according to the Met Department's forecast.

Delhi

The air quality in the national capital region has been dramatically declining resulting in an smoky and foggy days. The weather is expected to be chilly in the morning and night time. However, chances of rain is close to not happening.

Mumbai

The sprawling city is expected to see some cloudy-ness today. The sky will generally remain shiny and bright throughout the day. As per the latest weather update, there are no chances of rain happening.

Chennai

After several days of continous and heavy rainfall, the city will experience relief today as only moderate rainfall is predicted for today. The sky, though, is predicted to be partially cloudy today.

As per the latest weather forecast, stray thunders are possible in Lakshadweep. Tamil Nadu and Kerala are predicted to recieve heavy rainfalls. Moreover, bad air quality is expected to hamper the regular life of natives in NCR.
