Weather Update: Significant rainfall is predicted in a few isolated areas in Gujarat Region, Madhya Maharashtra, North Konkan, East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Hailstorm and thunderstorm with lightning are likely to occur in isolated locations over Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada, and Madhya Maharashtra; they are also likely to occur in isolated locations over Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Madhya Maharashtra, and Marathwada; and they are likely to occur in isolated locations over the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Gujarat state, Konkan & Goa, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, Kerala, and Mahe.

Moderate snowfall in north

In certain locations, maximum temperatures are higher than average, 1.6°C to 3.0°C, including Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Saurashtra & Kutch, Kerala & Mahe, Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted moderate snowfall and showers in Jammu & Kashmir on Sunday due to the drop in temperature.
