Weather update: Temperature to rise in various regions, predicts IMD; check out for your city

Weather update: After a few rainy days in the beginning of the April, the temperature has now risen. In the upcoming days, the temperature is further expected to soar. According to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), a gradual rise in maximum temperature by two to four degree can be witnessed in the upcoming days.

“Maximum temperatures are in the range of 38-40 degree Celsius over interior Maharashtra, North Interior Karnataka, Telangana and interior Odisha.They are below normal by 2-3 degree Celsius over northwest India, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and her normal over the rest parts of the country.” The MeT Department said in its press release. 

Delhi

As per the latest weather update, the national capital will be experiencing rise in maximum today. This kind of trend is likely to continue in the region for upcoming five days. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 33 degrees and the minimum will be 19 days.

Mumbai

Today is expected to isolated to moderate a warm day. But. The day’s high and low temperatures will be 34 and 27 degrees, respectively.

Chennai

Chennai will remain mostly sunny throughout the day along with a clear sky. Upcoming days will also see a rise in temperature in the city. The maximum temperature for today will be 32 degrees and the minimum will be 27 degrees.

Kolkata

The city will have clear mornings and no significant change is predicted. Moreover, the day will be warmer. Today’s maximum and lowest temperatures are both expected to be 39 and 26 degrees, respectively.
