Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has lost one of its strong and devoted workers, Dalbir Nehra, whose untimely death has left the party and his family in deep sorrow. The news of his passing was shared by AAP’s National Media In-Charge Anurag Dhanda through his social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
Anurag Dhanda expressed heartfelt condolences, writing:
“Aam Aadmi Party’s strong worker and our elder brother Dalbir Nehra ji has left us too soon. Today, I met his family. His loss is an irreparable one for both the party and his family. In this time of grief, we stand firmly with his loved ones. May God grant peace to the departed soul.”
He also shared pictures from his visit to Nehra’s family, reflecting the deep bond and respect the party held for him.
Several AAP leaders have also mourned Dalbir Nehra’s demise, acknowledging his unwavering commitment and selfless service to the party. Nehra was known for always being at the forefront of AAP’s organizational activities.
In a separate post, Anurag Dhanda also shared a tweet by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, highlighting the party’s efforts to end bureaucratic corruption and make public services easily accessible in Punjab. Kejriwal wrote:
“In the last 75 years, a system has developed in which no government work gets done without bribes or endless rounds of offices. Now, people in Punjab will be free from bureaucratic hurdles — 56 types of vehicle-related services including licenses and registrations will be available at home with just one call.”
The two posts reflect both grief within the party over a dedicated worker’s loss and its ongoing mission toward transparent governance.
