Apple iPhone Duo Features 7.6-Inch Foldable Display
The iPhone Duo features a 7.6-inch inner display when unfolded and a 5.4-inch outer screen when folded. Apple says the device offers its largest-ever iPhone display while maintaining a compact form when closed. Its design includes a precision-engineered hinge and a nano-texture finish intended to reduce glare.
Price and Storage Options
In India, the iPhone Duo starts at ₹2,99,900 and is available in four storage configurations: 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB. Buyers can choose between Star White and Night Sky colour options.
Camera, Performance and Software
The smartphone is powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chip and features a 48MP Fusion main camera alongside a 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide camera. It also supports Split View multitasking, allowing users to work across apps on the larger inner display.
The device runs iOS 27.1 and introduces foldable-specific software experiences. Apple has also highlighted Siri AI, which is designed to offer more personalised assistance through Apple Intelligence.
Early Response and Availability
The launch has attracted attention from Apple customers, although early reviews have raised questions about the camera system, software optimisation and whether the premium price justifies the foldable format. Reuters also reported strong demand and limited supply in several markets.
