AUTO i CARE: A leading roadside assistance company based in Mumbai, has entered the electric two-wheeler market with the launch of their "KICK-EV" electric bike division.

The company plans to start making the electric two-wheeler at a new factory in Thane, Maharashtra, in the first quarter of 2023.

As part of its efforts to grow, the company plans to release new versions of its e-scooter, e-cycle, e-bike, and e-sports bike in the near future.

Recently, a teaser for the KICK-EV e-class model of the electric scooter was released, showing that it has a unique design that will attract to Indian consumers. With the help of AUTO i CARE, the startup will be able to provide key after-sales service anywhere in the country. It has a strong multi-city footprint with 1100 affiliate garage networks.

Dependable People's E-Bike

The upcoming KICK-EV e-scooter, which is being called the "Dependable People's E-Bike," is expected to have a range of 160 Km on a single charge and cost a reasonable amount. It will have a motor with 3000w to 5000w, making it easy to ride. The E-scooter, which will come out in the first quarter of 2023, has a design that has never been seen before in India and a modern look. It also has high-tech features like GPS tracking and more.

Also, the startup is building support and infrastructure in the country for electric vehicles (EVs). The new business has been growing all over India, and now every 10 km there are two affiliated garages.

He started and runs AUTO i CARE and KICK-EV. Sagar Joshi shared, "In the next few years, micro mobility is expected to be one of the fastest-growing markets. Our electric vehicle brand, "KICK-EV," is ready to meet long-term customer needs in terms of price, features, and service after the sale by being your constant companion. The premium e-scooter segment is here to stay for Indian homes because we have set up repair centres in e-bike sales markets and affiliate regions. KICK-EV will keep building and expanding aggressively with products in many different price ranges and market segments, and it will lead the way for the Indian 2W industry to switch to 100% EVs by 2025 ".

AUTO i CARE wants to make 60,000 units per year

It is anticipated that the market for electric two-wheelers in India will expand at a compound annual growth rate of 29.07 percent over the course of the forecast period, and will reach USD1,028.04 million by the year 2028. AUTO i CARE wants to be able to make 60,000 units per year, but that number could be raised to 1.5–1.7 lakh units. Since it was started in 2015, AUTO i CARE has been bringing the unregulated and disorganized Roadside Assistance market under one roof so that travelers can get help within 20 minutes. AUTO i CARE is linked to two garages every 10 km, so they can help travelers quickly if they need help.

The app helps customers with both planned and unexpected car problems. With the new update, customers will be able to choose between a company service center, an authorized service centre, a multi-car service center, and a nearby local garage anywhere in the country.
