Taking to social media, Bhagwant Mann stated:
“We are connecting our youth with the culture of books. Inaugurating a modern library live from Shahina village in Barnala.”
A Step Toward Knowledge Empowerment
The newly inaugurated library is equipped with:
Modern infrastructure and digital facilities
A wide range of books for competitive exams, literature, and general knowledge
Reading spaces and study environments tailored for students and young learners
Youth-Centric Development
The Punjab government under Bhagwant Mann is actively working to bridge the educational gap between urban and rural areas by setting up such libraries and community learning centers. These libraries are envisioned as hubs where young minds can access resources, prepare for careers, and engage in meaningful learning beyond school.
Cultural and Educational Revival
This effort reflects the AAP government’s commitment to not just improving physical infrastructure but also nurturing a vibrant intellectual culture across the state.
With such initiatives, Punjab aims to build a knowledge-driven, future-ready generation—one library at a time.
