“For matters linked with ration cards, we have requested six months from the Centre to conduct ground-level verification. No one’s entitlement from the entire family should be denied based on a single member’s Aadhaar,” Mann said.

“Our focus is on building trust in public schemes by making the process transparent and accountable. This initiative will not only help families in need but also boost confidence among farmers and residents that the government is with them,” Mann added.
He further added that similar measures are being implemented for crop damage compensation. “We are taking steps to ensure transparency so that the actual farmers affected by crop losses receive their rightful compensation without delay,” the Chief Minister stated.
Mann reiterated that the government’s aim is to protect the interests of genuine beneficiaries while minimizing misuse and ensuring that assistance programs are efficient and accountable.
