Life Saving Tips: In a recent case, Mahindra Group Chairman, Anand Mahindra along with 12 other stakeholders were sued by the family of a person who faced a mishap and was killed in it accounting to the improper functiioning of Mahindra Scorpio's airbags. The aiirbags of the car didn't opened at the event which led to the death of the person. Mahindra and Mahindra has issued a statement in which the comapany has clarified the reason why the airbags of involved Mahindra Scorpio didn't functioned in the expected way. Even though, these incident are rare nowadays, it has stimulated the discourse around the safety of vehicles and the credibility of the same.
