He added that Guru Sahib Ji’s message of kindness and service is the foundation of Punjab’s cultural and spiritual identity. “At a time when the world faces growing intolerance and environmental challenges, Guru Har Rai Sahib Ji’s guidance towards empathy, harmony, and environmental care becomes even more meaningful,” CM Mann said.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that the Mann government is committed to preserving Punjab’s religious heritage and ensuring that the younger generations stay connected to the teachings of the Gurus through educational and cultural programs.
Across Punjab, devotees observed the day with deep reverence, organizing kirtan samagams, langars, and community welfare activities. Temples and gurdwaras were beautifully decorated as people paid their respects to the seventh Sikh Guru, who dedicated his life to spreading love and compassion.
