MK Exim To Offer Bonus Share On Jan 17

MK Exim (India) Limited, a small cap business in the textile sector, saw its shares fall 1.27% intraday to settle at Rs 124.60 per share. The firm announced today that the record date for bonus shares in the proportion of 1:2 will be January 17, 2024, suggesting that shareholders would be eligible to receive one bonus share for every two shares owned. MK Exim shares returned 44% in the last year and skyrocketed 5,388% in the last five years.

SG Mart To Consider Bonus Share On Jan 8

The Board of Directors of SG Mart Ltd will meet on January 8, 2023 to discuss bonus shares and stock splits. On January 8, SG Mart will also evaluate unaudited financial results. SG Mart shares returned 2301.01% to shareholders in the last year and skyrocketed 10,856.54% in the last three years.

Paisalo Digital To Mull Bonus Share On Jan 3

Paisalo Digital Ltd shares are currently trading at Rs 107.08 per share in the NBFC sector. The business announced in a BSE filing that the Board of Directors will meet on January 31 to discuss financial results, a proposal to distribute bonus shares, and a fund raise. Paisalo Digital Ltd shares have risen 69% in the past three months, 115% in the last six months, and 254% in the last three years.

Shreeji Translogistics To offer 1 Bonus Stock On Feb 8

Shreeji Translogistics Ltd, a small cap stock in the logistics sector, has set February 8, 2024 as the record date for a 1:3 bonus issuance. On February 8, 2024, shareholders will be eligible for one bonus share for every three shares owned. Shreeji Translogistics' last trading price on the BSE was Rs 56.27 a share, representing a 2.89% intraday gain. Shreeji Translogistics shares fell 33% in the last year, increased 66% in the last two years, and increased 752% in the last three years.

KP Energy Recommends Bonus Shares, Yet To Fix Record Date

KP Energy Ltd's last BSE trading price is Rs 814.35 a share, representing a 4.99% intraday gain. KP Energy shares have risen 107% in the previous six months and 322% in the last year. On December 30, 2023, KP Energy proposed a bonus share in the ratio of 2:1. The record date for bonus shares has yet to be determined by the corporation.
