Google Nearby Share for Windows: With the official release of Nearby Share for Windows by Google, file sharing across Windows PCs and Android devices has never been simpler. According to a blog post on Wednesday that "Nearby Share provides an easy way to share files across your phones, tablets, Chromebooks, and more devices" with the nearly 3 billion active Android devices worldwide. When Windows PCs were added to the Nearby Share beta in March, users could link a new class of gear with nearby Android devices. With better performance and additional features that might make it even simpler for users to share content and stay productive, the tech giant has now officially launched the Nearby Share for Windows app. Google also updated the app with additional features. The anticipated completion time for file transfers is now displayed in the app.
