Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026: A notification has been released by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026.
A total of 5,500 vacancies have been announced and interested applicants can visit the official website of HSSC to apply for the post.
Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026-Recruitment Details
HSSC announced that the vacancies are for male constable (general duty), male constable for Government Railway Police (GRP) and female constable (general duty). The online application process for these vacancies started on January 11 and it would close of January 25, 2026.
The vacancies are open only to candidates who have successfully qualified the HSSC Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C. There is no application fee for any category.
Interested candidates must have completed class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Candidates must have studied Sanskrit or Hindi at least up to the Matric level. The minimum age for these positions is 18 and the maximum age is 25 years as on January 1, 2026.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories may avail age relaxation as per prevailing rules of the Haryana government.

- Candidates need to visit the official website of the Commission at hssc.gov.in.
- Thereafter, they would be required to click on the link for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026 on the homepage.
- They can log in using the registration number and password before entering personal, educational and CET details in the application form.
- Once this has been done, they would be required to upload copies of their signature, photograph and documents in the prescribed format.
- The last step is all about carefully reviewing the application form details and submitting the form online. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of their submitted application form.
Shortlisted candidates based on their CET Group C scores would be invited to participate in the physical measurement test followed by a Physical Screening Test (PST), which will include a running test.
