India Remarks On BBC Says Documentary On PM Modi "Propaganda Piece", "Colonial Mindset"

India has lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the BBC series against him. Arindam Bagchi, spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, has given this response on behalf of the Central Government. Significantly, a British MP has also strongly criticized the BBC by accusing it of biased attitude on this matter.

The BBC aired its first episode on Tuesday and it was pulled from YouTube on Wednesday. The second part of the series is scheduled to air on 24 January.
