According to Sushil Singh, a college dropout and the founder and director of three highly successful commercial ventures as well as a non-profit organisation, which he claims is quickly becoming his second love, the new policy on education will, however, be a game changer for future generations. Sushil Singh credits his achievement to literary inspiration and uses the examples of successful businesspeople as support for his decision to leave college and pursue his aspirations. Sushil Singh's life is a textbook example of rags to riches. His father worked as a security guard, and the family formerly resided in a Mumbai chawl. He took a job to support himself after quitting college. He acquired the fundamentals of business by experience, and he used to devote the majority of his free time to reading books on business management, psychology, global history, politics, and other topics.

Sushil Singh's Path to Building a Million-Dollar Business

He was inspired by the outsourcing industry's operation and potential. When he observed that the company he worked for overlooked smaller yet valuable clients in favour of larger ones solely, the idea of starting his own business occurred to him. Sushil Singh, who is genuinely committed to his clients and never treats clients of any size, found this to be absurd. In 2015, he founded SSR Techvision Pvt Ltd. (www.ssrtechvision.com), a customer services BPO, with the goal of revolutionising the customer services sector through automation and emotions (both robotic and human side). He began by working with just two employees in the basement of a building, and after 2.5 years, he purchased the entire structure. The company developed into a million-dollar business that operates in a variety of outsourced industries such as customer support, healthcare, contact centres, back-office assistance, E-commerce, IT, and more thanks to Singh's strong leadership, astute vision, and consistent focus on customer service. It offers services to clients throughout the world 24 hours a day from offices in the USA and India. While he searches for fresh concepts in the area of customer service, the two individuals with whom he co-founded the business now oversee all business operations.

Sushil Singh's Venture into B2C Fashion E-commerce

Deebaco (www.deebaco.com), a worldwide B2C quick fashion e-commerce platform, is Sushil Singh's second business venture. He founded it with his wife, Sarita Rawat Singh, to address the fashion requirements of the typical working woman. Premium fashion label Deebaco is known for its unmatched design, superior materials, and outstanding comfort. The company places a great value on its customers and works hard to earn and keep their loyalty. The reason Sushil Singh has such a crazy schedule and how he breaks it up is rather amusing. “The book, Deep Work, gave me the insight to make my focus my default mode. I am up and about for 16-18 hours a day. I read at least for 8 hours every day and the rest is divided between my work, family and gym. Reading helps me keep calm. I find time for it while commuting and even in between meetings. If you ask my wife, she’d say it’s the other way round and that I find time for everything else in between my reading sessions,” concludes a smiling Sushil Singh. We can't help but grin to ourselves and wish that our nation had more of these upbeat individuals. We have hope for the future because to this college dropout turned wealthy technopreneur who just loves reading!
